Measurements:

• 18 Gauge (front compatible w/most threadless labret posts, ranging 16 - 20 gauge)
• Post measures at 1/4 inch (6mm) length, with a 4 mm disc on back. 
• Approx. size of front piece is 10 x 17.9 mm
