Usage

1. Tear open the top of the pouch.
2. Pour warm water (100–105°F / 38–41°C) directly into the pouch until the herbal blend is fully saturated.
3. Allow the poultice to activate for approximately 3 minutes.
4. Carefully remove the poultice from the pouch and gently squeeze to remove any excess water.
5. Test the temperature on your inner wrist before applying to the client.
6. Use immediately. The self-heating Lava Gel® technology will provide 60+ minutes of therapeutic moist heat.
7. After the treatment, the client may take the poultice home for one personal use in the bath or for self-massage.

Pro Tip: Use warm—not hot or boiling—water. The poultice generates its own heat, so excessively hot water may make it too warm for comfortable application.
